1. INTRODUCTION
This website, www.givemecosmetics.com (the "Website"), is owned and operated by Spon Global Ltd ("Give Me Cosmetics", "we", "us", "our").
By placing an order through this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which form a legally binding contract between you and Give Me Cosmetics at the point your order is accepted.
Please note: existing promotional offers (including Spin the Wheel) do not apply to clearance items or selected product lines.
2. PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order:
- Add your chosen products to your basket
- Proceed to checkout once all items have been added
- Provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact details
- Review your order carefully before completing payment
- Submit your order
Once submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Important: You are solely responsible for ensuring all delivery details are correct. We cannot offer refunds or redelivery where incorrect details are provided.
3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATIONS
All orders are subject to acceptance by Give Me Cosmetics. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Products are out of stock
- Payment authorisation cannot be obtained
- Shipping restrictions apply
- Pricing or description errors are identified
- Suspected fraudulent activity
4. PRODUCT INFORMATION & QUALITY
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations in colour, packaging, or appearance may occur due to display technologies or manufacturing updates.
Please follow all safety warnings and instructions provided on product packaging. Give Me Cosmetics is not liable for damage or injury resulting from misuse or failure to follow instructions.
5. PRICES, CURRENCY & TAX
- Prices may automatically display in your local currency for convenience; however, all charges are processed in GBP
- Prices include 20% VAT, where applicable
- We reserve the right to change prices, offers, promotions, and discount availability at any time
- Discount codes may not be valid on sale items and cannot be combined unless stated
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are dispatched from Liverpool, United Kingdom, on business days excluding weekends and public holidays.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 2pm (UK time) are typically dispatched the same business day.
UK Delivery Options
Standard UK Delivery
- Dispatch: 3–5 working days
- Excludes weekends and bank holidays
Express Tracked Delivery
- Available for orders placed before 2pm
- Excludes weekends and bank holidays
During peak periods (e.g. Black Friday), dispatch times may be extended.
International Delivery
- Estimated delivery: 5–10 working days (may take up to 30 working days)
- Customs duties, taxes, and import charges may apply
- Customers are responsible for all customs charges
EU orders over €150 may be subject to VAT and customs duties.
7. FAILED DELIVERY & RETURNS TO SENDER
If an order is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Uncollected parcels
We will contact you to arrange redelivery at your expense. If no response is received within 40 days, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Orders placed via third-party platforms are subject to the returns policies of those platforms and must be handled directly with them.
Gift cards are non-refundable or exchangeable.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
All returns and exchanges must be initiated through the Returns section of our Website. You will be required to:
- Submit your order details via the online returns portal
- Follow the instructions provided
- Print and attach the supplied returns label
- Return the item(s) to us using suitable packaging
Condition of Returned Items
All returned products must be:
- In their original condition
- Unused
- With all hygiene seals, protective wraps, and packaging intact (unless the item arrived damaged)
Items returned with missing seals, signs of use, or inadequate packaging may be subject to a reduced refund or refusal.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a replacement, or refund in accordance with consumer law.
You must report it to Give Me Cosmetics within 7 days of delivery including images of any damage or fault/If you are missing items then images of everything you have received along with images of the original packaging.
No return postage or handling fee will apply in these circumstances.
If an item is reported as damaged but is found upon inspection to be undamaged, a handling and return label fee will be deducted from any refund due.
Change of Mind Returns
Returns requested due to a change of mind may be accepted at our discretion. In such cases:
- A return label fee will apply
- The fee will be deducted from your refund (no upfront payment required)
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once:
- Returned goods have been received and inspected, or
- A valid cancellation request is received prior to dispatch
Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to appear in your original payment method.
Refunds may be adjusted where products are returned with inadequate packaging, missing components, or signs of unreasonable handling.
Delivery Issues & Returned Parcels
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or other delivery issue, our customer service team will contact you once the item has been processed to discuss available options.

- 1 point per £1 spent
- Bonus activities include reviews, referrals, social follows, and birthdays
Redeeming Points
Minimum spend applies:
- 100 points = £5 off (£20 spend)
- 250 points = £10 off (£30 spend)
- 450 points = £15 off (£35 spend)
VIP Tiers
Give Me Insider – Free
Insider Pro (Spend £100):
- 1.25x points
- Birthday rewards
Insider VIP (Spend £140):
- 1.5x points
- Exclusive sales, early access, and double points
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, branding, and content on the Website are the exclusive property of Spon Global Ltd. No content may be reproduced without written permission.
11. COMPETITIONS & PROMOTIONS
- Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18+, unless stated otherwise.
- No purchase is required to enter.
- Winners are selected at random and prizes are non-transferable.
- Social media competitions are not affiliated with or endorsed by Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
- Competition entries must meet all stated criteria; Give Me Cosmetics reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply.
- Winners will be notified within a reasonable timeframe and must claim the prize within 7 days of notification. Unclaimed prizes may be re-awarded.
- Give Me Cosmetics reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel competitions at any time for legal, technical, or operational reasons.
12. PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna (for orders over £30), and Clearpay.
For Buy Now, Pay Later options, please ensure you borrow responsibly; full terms and conditions can be found on the lender’s website:
All Buy Now, Pay Later options are provided and managed by the relevant lender. Give Me Cosmetics is not responsible for approval, repayment issues, missed payments, or any lender fees. Payments are subject to lender approval.
13. GIFT CARDS
- Gift cards are delivered electronically via email.
- Valid for 2 years from the date of issue.
- Non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
- Please ensure the correct email address is entered; Give Me Cosmetics is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or misused gift cards.
- Give Me Cosmetics reserves the right to cancel gift cards in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
14. DISCOUNT CODES & OFFERS
- Birthday codes are issued one week prior to your birthday.
- Discount codes are disabled during peak sale periods.
- Spend & Save and 3-for-2 offers are subject to specific terms.
- Offers are subject to stock availability and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
- Give Me Cosmetics reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any offer at any time without prior notice.
15. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
- We process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- Your data is collected and used solely for order processing, delivery, marketing (if opted-in), and participation in competitions.
- We will never share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent.
16. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- The version in effect at the time of your order applies.
